In the historic center of Nardò, in Piazza Salandra, a beautiful local shop awaits you for a tasting of the best wines from the local wineries of Nardò.
The experience includes a tasting of 3 wines with various local oils, taralli, and friselline.
The cost of the tasting is €19 per person.

Winery Tasting Tour

Guided wine tour in an ancient winery dating back to 1850, including the wine production department and the evocative barrel cellars inside the old cisterns. The tour will be followed by a tasting of 3 wines of your choice.
Accompanied by taralli and Leccine olives.
Various tasting packages are available based on the number of wines selected.
Tasting cost starting from €25 per person.

Vineyard Tasting Tour

The experience includes a guided visit to the most evocative vineyards in the Nardò area.
A walk to discover expanses of small sapling vines, from the youngest plants that offer freshness and lightness, to specimens that embody up to 85 years of history.
The cost starts from €45.00 per person, with a minimum of 6 participants required.

Cooking Class with a Local

The culinary experience lasts approximately 4 hours and takes place in Nardò or Lecce at the private residence of a local, where you can create various types of fresh pasta from scratch: Orecchiette, Cavatelli, Maccheroni, Tria, and other typical Apulian pasta shapes.
Using seasonal products, you will cook the pasta made through traditional recipes, followed by a tasting of a fine local wine.
Experience cost: €70/person.

Cooking Class with a Personal Chef

With our Cooking Experience inside a renowned Cooking School, you can enjoy an immersive experience dedicated to taste.
Under the guidance of a personal chef, each participant will create their own menu, choosing between traditional Salento culinary heritage or national cuisine.

A Masterchef-style workstation will be assigned with all the necessary tools.
– Preparation of fresh tomato sauce following the traditional recipe.
– Preparation of fresh pasta using flour and water to make cavatelli, which will be seasoned in two ways: with tomato sauce and eggplant cream.
– Preparation of eggplants scented with basil to season the fresh pasta, adding cacio ricotta, a typical Salento cheese.
– Finally, preparation of bombette: meat rolls stuffed with cheese and bacon, seasoned with zucchini cream.

An apron, a recipe book, and a certificate of participation will be provided.
