The residence

In the vibrant heart of Nardò’s historic center, along one of the most charming and characteristic streets of the ancient village, stands this enchanting residence full of charm, perfect for those seeking an authentic Salento experience, where tradition meets contemporary comfort.

Located in Vico San Biagio, the house opens through an elegant wooden door that leads into a secluded and enchanting world. Beyond the entrance, you are welcomed by a lush garden, rich in elements of Salento tradition such as capase, antique work tools, and stone details, all of which tell the story and soul of this land.

The house is spread over three levels. On the ground floor, a striking open space hosts the sleeping area with a double bed and an original “open-view” bathroom positioned at the center of the room, in a fully modern style yet perfectly integrated into the ancient structure. The wall niches feature carefully selected restored furnishings, such as an old lathe or terracotta jars, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere.

Going up to the first floor, there is a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, relaxation area, and direct access to a private little terrace. Here too, there is a second modern and functional bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for guests.

The second floor holds the true gem of the house: a large panoramic terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center, featuring an outdoor stone sink and perfect for open-air breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or moments of pure relaxation under the Salento sky.

The location is strategic: just a short walk away you will find Piazza Salandra, the Cathedral, traditional restaurants, artisan shops, and places rich in culture. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach some of Salento’s most beautiful beaches, such as Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno, and Porto Selvaggio.
