The residence
In the heart of the historic center of Nardò, next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, the Dépendance della Cattedrale is the ideal apartment for visiting the town of Nardò and the Salento coast.
This vacation home is located on the first floor of a renovated building and consists of a very bright two-room apartment.
The entrance leads into the open-plan living room-kitchen with a French sofa bed, dining table with chairs, kitchenette with two-burner induction hob, sink, and TV.
The spacious bedroom features a workstation with a table and chairs, a built-in wardrobe, and a small terrace.
The two windows, one of which opens onto the terrace, offer a view of the side façade of the minor basilica. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower.
Both rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi.
A stone's throw from Piazza Salandra, famous for the Guglia dell'Immacolata, the Cathedral Annexe is within easy reach of the best restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine.
It is the ideal solution for anyone who prefers to stay in a quiet area and reach the sea by car or bike, or who wants to visit the inland area where they can discover historic towns and ancient rural farms.
The residence is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so it cannot be accessed by car. You must leave your car outside and continue on foot.
